OPI Hello Kitty

I’ve never been a fan of Hello Kitty but I definitely am a fan of OPI. Shocking I know, I never talk about nail polish, it’s a surprise to us all! Anyway, when I heard they were collaborating together I’m always excited to see what’s new.

Initially I wasn’t really that excited. Then I kept seeing swatches are reviews and all of a sudden I needed the whole collection. I refrained myself though and only picked up three of them. For now, besides the New Orleans collection is out now too and I have my eye on a few of those too.

I am so happy with the three that I picked up. The formulas of all of them are incredible. Completely opaque in two coats and not streaky at all. Even the pale pink.

The first of the three I picked up is Lets Be Friends. It’s a beautiful, very pale pink, fairly similar to Essie Fiji but with a better formula. I’ve already had this on twice since I got it and I’m in love. It’s probably the nices pale, baby pink polish I own.

Next is My Pal Joey a bright blue. As soon as this arrived it was on my toes immediately. It’s definitely going to be a great colour for this summer, and is going to look great with sandals.

The last one I picked up is Super Cute in Pink and was the one I knew I was going to need to get when I first saw swatches of the collection. I think this one is going to be a favourite for everyone. It really reminded me of Essie Splash of Grenadine which is probably my favourite Essie. It’s a bright pinkish magenta which is so beautiful and flattering, and I’m sure I am going to get a lot of use of it this summer especially!
